	*MemberKey	Membership to these forums is by invitation. You must provide your Member Key, obtained from the forums administrator. Your Member Key consists of your MOCOA Member Number including all leading zeroes, your last name without any spaces or punctuation, and the first character of your first name. For example, if your name is John St. James, Jr. and your MOCOA Member Number is 0010, your Member Key is 0010stjamesj.
	*MemberName	Type in a Member Name of your choosing. You will use your Member Name when logging in, and your Member Name will be displayed as the author of any postings you submit.
	*Password
	*Repeat	Type in a Password of your choosing, and type it again in the Repeat field (to reduce typographical errors). You will use your Password when logging in.
	FirstName	Type in your first name.
	LastName	Type in your last name.
	Email
	Repeat	Type in your email address, and type it again in the Repeat field (to reduce typographical errors).
